Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for Plucker subscriptions and one-time purchases. We aim to keep the policy fair to customers while protecting the service from abuse.
Last updated: April 19, 2026
1. Core Refund Rules
- For any initial purchase of a subscription plan or one-time package, you may request a full refund within 1 day of purchase if the related paid permissions have not been used.
- For renewal charges on recurring subscription plans, you may request a full refund within 3 days from the renewal charge date if the related paid permissions have not been used.
- If paid permissions have been used, consumed, activated in a meaningful way, or delivered as part of the purchased package, the purchase is generally not eligible for a full refund except where required by law or expressly approved by us.
2. What “Unused Related Permissions” Means
We evaluate refund eligibility based on whether the paid benefits connected to the purchase were actually used. Depending on the plan, this may include quota consumption, paid concurrency unlocks, paid cloud task history usage, advanced naming usage, or other paid feature access enabled by the purchase.
If the purchased plan or package has already been materially used, partially consumed, or exploited to obtain the core paid value of the offering, we may decline or reduce a refund request to the extent permitted by law.
3. Other Refund Situations
- Duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or mistaken renewals caused by a technical issue may be reviewed for refund outside the standard windows.
- We may refuse refunds where we reasonably believe there is abuse, repeated refund cycling, fraudulent activity, or deliberate use of the service followed by a refund request.
- Taxes, foreign exchange effects, bank fees, or processor fees may not be refundable where they are outside our control, unless required by law.
4. Cancellation of Subscriptions
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for past charges. Refunds for subscription charges remain subject to this Refund Policy.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and include enough information for us to identify the relevant charge, such as the account email, purchase date, and plan or package purchased.
We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify account ownership, purchase details, and usage status before processing a request.
6. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, we will generally submit it through the original payment channel within a reasonable time. The time it takes for refunded funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, bank, card issuer, and processor timelines.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your purchase or renewal will generally apply unless a later version is required by law or is more favorable to you.
